This is a place where you can be you. The real you - the you with all the baggage, all the failures, all the mistakes…everything. You don’t have to pretend here. I’m a complete mess, so trust me - there’s no one to impress.

This is a place to grow. This is a place to love and be loved on. This is a place that hopefully gives you a glimpse of what it means to be fully known and totally loved by God, because that’s what you are: known fully and loved wholly. By God. The Creator of the universe and everything in it. The one who sent his one and only son to die for our sins on a cross so that we may have eternal life.

Now, I know that some of you reading this right now wanted to stop reading after you read the word “God”, but you didn’t. You’re still here reading this sentence right now, and I am currently sitting behind my screen crossing my fingers hoping you’ll read more. I want you to know that you don’t have to share my beliefs to feel safe here - I was being genuine when I said that all are welcome, and I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it.
