Easy Italian Chicken
/Y’all, I love chicken so much.
It’s my favorite thing to make. I’m always throwing together new recipes to spice things up, and with this recipe…I think I might have done somethin.
One of my “lazy” ways to cook chicken is by just marinading it in Italian dressing for a few hours and then baking it, but with the healthy eating kick I’ve been on, I wanted to see if I could make my own. I read the back of the bottle to get a general idea of what the ingredients were, then used what I had in my house to make my own variation.
As it turns out…making Italian dressing at home isn’t that hard!
And, it is delicious on chicken.
If you’re looking for something tasty that doesn’t require a lot of effort, then you’re gonna want to bookmark this recipe, my friend.
Enjoy!

1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder

Yes, your HANDS. You washed them, they’re clean. It’s not gross. Suck it up. Using your hands ensures that the mixture gets in all the cracks and crevices, which helps seal in the flavor!

Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of parmesan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reads 165°.
